Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Foreman/Production In Charge with 3–5 years of experience in Modular interiors. The candidate must be capable of managing factory operations, coordinating with design and execution teams, and ensuring timely and quality production — with strong expertise in cutting list preparation and modular detailing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the end-to-end production of modular interiors
• Prepare and verify cutting lists based on approved drawings and BOQs
• Coordinate with the design and site teams to ensure accurate production output
• Oversee material planning, procurement follow-up, and vendor coordination
• Ensure quality control, packaging, and timely dispatch of finished units
• Optimize production schedules, minimize wastage, and manage workflow
• Monitor inventory and maintain accurate records of material consumption
• Conduct periodic site visits for measurements, fitting support, or technical resolutions
• Manage daily factory operations and labor teams effectively

Key Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in residential modular interior production
• Strong hands-on experience in cutting list preparation, panel sizing, and hardware selection
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and familiarity with production software
• In-depth knowledge of modular furniture materials, finishes, and hardware
• Ability to read and interpret detailed design and production drawings
• Good leadership and team coordination skills
• Experience in handling production at modular furniture factories or workshops

Preferred Qualification:

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Furniture Production, or related field
• Experience with mid to large-scale residential interior projects is an advantage
