Job Title: Polish & Detailing Garage Foreman

Location: Ras Al Khor, Dubai

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: AED 1500-AED 2500

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Garage Foreman to lead our team of polish and detailing specialists. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining a productive, organized work environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Supervise and manage the polish and detailing team to meet daily production targets.
• Quality Control: Ensure all vehicles meet the company’s quality standards for polishing, detailing, and finishing.
• Team Training: Provide training and mentorship to detailing staff to enhance skills and maintain high standards.
• Operational Oversight: Manage the workflow of vehicles entering and leaving the garage, optimizing work schedules and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and order supplies and equipment needed for detailing services.
• Customer Service: Address customer concerns or questions related to detailing services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Health & Safety: Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in auto detailing, polishing, or a similar field. Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of auto detailing products, techniques, and tools.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Arabic speaking will get advantage point
• Work Ethic: Must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
