What You’ll Do:
We’re seeking a skilled Foreman to oversee and lead field crews on HVAC/sheet metal projects. In this role, you’ll be the point person on the job site—coordinating labor, enforcing safety protocols, reviewing plans, and ensuring projects stay on track and meet quality standards. Pre-employment drug testing and background check required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead crews to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate installation and fabrication of sheet metal ductwork.
• Review blueprints and specs, prepare sketches, and ensure team understands project scope.
• Manage daily productivity, labor, and project documentation.
• Communicate with general contractors and other trades to meet project timelines.
• Monitor safety compliance and handle any violations swiftly.
• Track material deliveries, back-ordered items, and on-site inventory.
• Represent Sessa Sheet Metal with professionalism on every job site.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience in construction, specifically HVAC/sheet metal.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Journeyman Certificate preferred.
• OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage stress and lead a cohesive, high-performing team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:
This is a hands-on role that requires standing, walking, climbing, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and working at heights and in varying weather conditions. You must be comfortable with the physical demands of a construction environment.
