FOREMAN WITH DRIVER

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Foreman with Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities while also performing driving duties as required. This role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on site experience, and a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workers

* Ensure work is completed according to project plans and timelines

* Monitor site safety and maintain compliance with company standards

* Transport materials, tools, and staff as required

* Assist in loading/unloading of materials when needed

* Communicate effectively with site engineers and management

* Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure regular maintenance checks

* Report progress and site issues to management

Requirements:

* Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)

* Proven experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role

* Good knowledge of construction/site operations

* Ability to manage workers and coordinate tasks efficiently

* Physically fit and willing to work on-site

* Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred:

* Experience in construction or interior fit-out projects

* Knowledge of UAE road rules and site regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Location: UAE

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• UAE: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
