Foreman/Electrician

Full Job Description

MYESCO is an established Energy Service Company specializing in turn-key mechanical, electrical, and plumbing retrofit projects that improve energy efficiency and building performance. We’re looking for a skilled Forman Electrician to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead electrical installation and repair activities on sites and in office.
• Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams to guide installation processes
• Execute detailed material takeoffs
• Supervise and coordinate teams of electricians on multiple projects, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems
• Manage low-voltage wiring systems
• Ensure all work complies with NEC standards and local electrical codes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used
• Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship

Qualifications:

• Master Electrician License (or ability to obtain)
• Commercial or institutional experience required
• Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical best practices
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded
• Demonstrate previous leadership experience
