Foreman/Site Supervisor

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Foreman / Supervisor to oversee construction activities, specialising in villa and commercial renovations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating teams and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

· ⁠Supervise day-to-day site activities for renovation and fit-out projects

· Manage and coordinate laborers, subcontractors, and suppliers

· Oversee villa and commercial renovation works, including MEP and finishing

· Ensure proper execution of fit-out and finishing works according to specifications

· Conduct site coordination and maintain effective communication with stakeholders

· Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines

· Implement and maintain quality control procedures

· Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently

· Perform snagging, inspections, and ensure timely project handover

· Enforce health and safety standards across the site

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in the GCC in a similar role

· Strong knowledge of construction site operations

· Experience in villa and commercial renovations

· Solid understanding of MEP, fit-out, and finishing works

· Proven ability to manage labour and subcontractors

· Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

· Good communication and coordination abilities

· Commitment to quality, safety, and deadlines
