Foreman/Supervisor - Joinery Works

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Joinery Foreman/Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the joinery industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and managing our workshop team.

Responsibilities

· Oversee daily operations of the joinery factory (woodwork, painting, polishing, assembly, etc.).

· Supervise and manage the joinery team (carpenters, painters, polishers, and helpers) in the workshop and/or project site

· Ensure production timeline, quality standard and safety procedures.

· Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and client specifications to guide production.

· Collaborate with client, designer, and contractor to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

· Minimum 7 years of relevant experience as Foreman/Supervisor in Joinery works

· Matric / Intermediate is essential; Technical diploma is a plus

· Strong knowledge of joinery works, wood finishing, painting, and polishing

· Familiar with machinery and joinery tools

· Ability to read drawings and to prepare cutting lists is a must

· Good understanding of joinery materials (wood, veneer, laminates, hardware, etc.), manufacturing processes, and installation techniques

· Able to communicate in English

Preferred

• UAE Driving License (Reliably commute).
• Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
• Knowledge of Dubai Municipality and other local authority processes.
