FOREMAN/WOOD CARPENTRY

Supervise and lead a team of carpenters in construction, installation, repair, and finishing of wood structures and fixtures.

· Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation procedures.

· Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans, ensuring work is completed on schedule.

· Inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and quality standards.

· Order materials and schedule inspections as necessary.

· Resolve work-related issues and provide guidance to carpentry staff.

· Enforce safety protocols and ensure proper use of PPE.

· Collaborate with project managers and other trades on-site to coordinate work.

Qualifications and Skills:

. 5 years Finishing Carpenter Experience as Foreman

· Minimum 2 years of carpenter experience in UAE as Foreman

· Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and construction practices.

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
