Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Forensic Delay Analyst to join our PMC team in Riyadh. The role will provide independent programme and delay analysis support, contributing to proactive programme assurance, claims avoidance, and time-related risk management from a client-side perspective.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out forensic delay analysis using recognised methodologies (e.g. Time Impact Analysis, Window Analysis, As-Planned vs As-Built)
• Review baseline, updated, and recovery programmes submitted by contractors and consultants
• Identify, assess, and quantify delay, disruption, and acceleration events
• Prepare clear, structured delay analysis reports suitable for commercial and legal review
• Support extension of time (EOT) assessments and time-related change evaluations
• Advise the PMC and client team on programme risks and mitigation strategies
• Participate in progress meetings, programme workshops, and dispute discussions
• Coordinate closely with planning, commercial, and project controls teams

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
• 8–12+ years’ experience in construction planning and forensic delay analysis
• Experience on large-scale mixed-use or high-rise developments
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Strong understanding of contracts commonly used in the region (FIDIC preferred)
• Experience supporting claims, disputes, or expert services is highly advantageous
• Strong analytical, report-writing, and stakeholder communication skills

Desirable Attributes

• Client-side or PMC experience
• Exposure to master-planned or mega developments
• Professional certifications (AACE, PMP, RICS, or similar)
