We are a fast-growing Forex trading firm focused on providing top-tier trading platforms, educational tools, and client support to global traders. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Acquisition Executive to join our sales team and convert leads into active trading clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on inquiries from digital marketing, ads, or referral sources.
- Explain Forex trading services, account types, and platform features to potential clients.
- Convert warm and cold leads into funded trading accounts.
- Maintain regular contact with prospects to guide them through the account opening and funding process.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
- Update CRM with call details, follow-ups, and status.
- Coordinate with sales managers and customer support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years proven experience in telecalling / telesales, preferably in Forex, stock trading, or financial services.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English + Hindi Local Languages
- Ability to explain financial products in a clear, engaging, and compliant manner.
- Basic knowledge of Forex trading and financial markets is a plus.
- Target driven and self motivated with a positive attitude.
