Forex Tele Sales Assistant/ Relationship Manager

Securities and and Commodities Authority,UAE offering online trading in forex,

commodities, indices, and CFDs to clients across the MENA and Asia regions.

We are expanding our telesales team and looking for motivated closers who want to

grow their income and career in financial markets.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Tele Sales Assistant to support our

sales team in generating leads, managing customer inquiries, and driving revenue

through outbound calling . The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a

persuasive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote trading

platform.

 Explain account types and guide clients for registration,KYC & first deposit

 Handle Outgoing calls, respond to customer queries, and provide accurate

company information.

 Maintain and update customer databases (CRM systems).

 Follow up on leads and close sales over the phone.

 Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 Work closely with the sales team to coordinate strategies and provide feedback.

 Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

 Maintain detailed records of sales calls and outcomes.

Requirements:

 6-12 Months Proven experience in telesales, call center

Forex/CFD/stock/Igaming experience is a strong advantage. customer service,

or a similar sales role.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Confident, enthusiastic, and results-oriented.

 Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

 Good organizational and time management skills.

 Target-driven mindset, resilience to rejection, and ability to work under

pressure in a sales floor environment.

 High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a

plus.

Preferred Skills:

 Experience in telecalling/Igaming/Stock Market Calling would be an advantage

 Preferred Languages English,Hindi,Tamil,

Telugu,Kannada,Marathi,Gujrati,Malyalam,Punjabi

Working Hours:

 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
