Forklift Drivers

Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Forklift Drivers to join our dynamic warehouse team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently operating various types of heavy equipment, including reach trucks, clamp trucks, Hi-Lo forklifts, and pallet jacks, to manage materials handling, shipping, and receiving processes. Your expertise will ensure smooth warehouse distribution operations, accurate order picking, and safe load and unload activities. Duties

• Safely operate forklifts such as reach trucks, clamp trucks, Hi-Lo forklifts, and other heavy equipment to load and unload shipments
• Conduct order picking using specialized equipment like <PERSON> pickers and ensure accuracy in warehouse management system entries
• Manage materials handling tasks including stacking, organizing, and transporting goods within the warehouse
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation
• Perform routine equipment repairs and mechanical troubleshooting to maintain optimal forklift performance
• Support warehouse management system updates to track inventory movements and stock levels accurately
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines diligently during all operations to promote a safe working environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating forklifts such as reach trucks, clamp trucks, Hi-Lo forklifts, or similar heavy equipment
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures
• Mechanical knowledge for basic equipment repair and troubleshooting
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes including load & unload activities and order picking
• Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation accuracy
• Valid forklift certification preferred; experience with OSHA safety standards highly desirable
• Prior warehouse experience with materials handling or shipping & receiving is a plus
