Role: Forklift Mechanic / Technician

Al Khaleej Polymers is a UAE-based, ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer with over 20 years of experience producing high-quality rubber flooring and plastic products. We are looking for a Forklift Mechanic / Technician with specialized expertise in heavy machinery to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair our fleet of electric stackers and 3-ton forklifts.

What You’ll Do:

Maintenance & Diagnostics

• Conduct periodic servicing and preventive maintenance of forklifts at scheduled intervals.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults across all units.
• Service diesel engines including fuel systems, injectors, filters, and cooling systems.

Repairs & System Overhaul

• Inspect and repair hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves, and hoses.
• Repair or replace engines, transmissions, brakes, steering systems, and hydraulic components.
• Maintain and troubleshoot both diesel-operated and battery-operated (electric) models.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience (at least 2–3 years) in the maintenance and repair of forklifts and electric stackers.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, pumps, and valves.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting diesel engines and electrical components.
• Valid UAE driver’s license preferred (or relevant forklift certification).
• Technical diploma or certification in mechanics/automotive is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently to meet scheduled maintenance deadlines.
• Commitment to safety and precision in a fast-paced industrial environment.
