Forklift Operator

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our warehouse team. As a Forklift Operator, you’ll be a key part of our daily operations, helping ensure products are received, stored, and shipped with accuracy and care. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-based environment where safety is a top priority, and every team member is expected to contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse equipment
• Receive and put away inbound shipments
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers
• Support inventory audits and cycle counts as needed
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior warehouse or distribution experience a plus—but not required
• Ability to work on your feet throughout your shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Solid work ethic with reliable attendance
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic team environment
