Forklift Operator

Zahr Freighters is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our hardworking logistics team in Dubai. This position is ideal for someone experienced in warehouse operations, material handling, and maintaining high safety standards while supporting smooth cargo movement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, stack, and move materials within the warehouse and yard.
• Inspect forklifts regularly to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs.
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines to prevent accidents.
• Assist in organizing warehouse inventory and maintaining accurate stock records.
• Handle shipment preparation, palletizing, and goods movement as instructed.
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and logistics teams for daily tasks.
• Ensure materials are stored properly to avoid damage.
• Support general warehouse activities when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work areas.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Forklift Operator in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Valid forklift operating license/certification.
• Good knowledge of warehouse safety rules and material handling procedures.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
