Forklift Operator

Zahr Freighters is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse operations team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a responsible professional who can handle material movement efficiently while ensuring compliance with safety standards in a fast-paced freight and logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move goods within the warehouse and yard.
• Transport materials to designated storage areas safely and accurately.
• Inspect forklifts before and after shifts to ensure proper functioning.
• Follow warehouse safety guidelines and operational procedures.
• Assist in inventory management and stock organization.
• Stack and organize pallets to maximize storage space.
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and logistics staff for smooth operations.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid forklift operator license/certification.
• 1–3 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and load-handling procedures.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions.
• Basic understanding of inventory handling and storage systems.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
