Forklift Operator

Are you ready to be part of a fast-paced, customer-driven team? Ohio Logistics is looking for a motivated Forklift Driver who thrive in a dynamic warehouse environment. This role isn’t just about operating a forklift—it’s about teamwork, precision, and occasionally rolling up your sleeves for some hands-on work!

• Safely operate powered industrial forklifts to move materials throughout the distribution center
• Load and unload trailers per customer specifications
• Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damage
• Utilize RF scanners and maintain accurate paperwork
• Build mixed pallets and prepare shipments (wrapping, banding, etc.)
• Perform occasional manual labor and case picking
• Maintain equipment and adhere to strict safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong communication and basic math skills
• Self-starter who works well independently
• Experience with RF equipment preferred
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Physical Labor
• Work in varying temperatures (hot/cold)
• Comfortable with indoor/outdoor tasks and moderate noise levels
