About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Forklift Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of material-handling equipment, ensuring our customers’ fleets stay safe, reliable, and productive. Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on forklifts and other material-handling equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fuel system issues
- Complete service reports, work orders, and documentation accurately
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members about repair needs and timelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Stay current with equipment updates, service bulletins, and training
Qualifications
- Experience as a forklift technician, heavy equipment mechanic, automotive technician, or similar role
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Valid driver’s license; clean driving record
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred Skills
- Certification from a recognized equipment manufacturer (Toyota, Crown, Hyster, etc.)
- Experience with LP, diesel, and electric forklifts
- Basic computer skills for diagnostics and reporting

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
