As our team continues to grow we are looking for Forklift Drivers to join our dynamic team and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. The Role

As a Forklift Driver at Radnor Hills you will play an integral part within the operations team, ensuring that raw materials and finished goods are moved around site efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of either the Production FLT team or our Despatch FLT team your role may include:

• Carry out daily Forklift Truck start-up checks and report any issues promptly
• Work closely with Goods In, Despatch, and Production teams to keep operations running smoothly
• Ensure products are stored in the correct warehouse locations
• Keep the production lines fully stocked with the materials needed for efficient production
• Complete palletiser changeovers and assist with fault finding and resets
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Remove waste materials and place them in the appropriate recycling areas
• Load and unload HGVs in line with schedule
• Ensure finished products are correctly identified and stored
• Work closely with Quality & Technical teams to maintain product integrity
• Champion a clean-as-you-go culture and maintain excellent hygiene standards
• Support the wider Process Team and step in where needed

What We’re Looking For

• Good English and Maths skills
• FLT licence
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
• A team player with good communication skills
• Willingness to undertake additional training

Based in Knighton, 10-hour shifts, 6am – 6pm, working a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern

Rate of Pay: Starting from£13.76 per hour
