We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Foreman to lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on site. As a Foreman, you will coordinate daily operations, supervise crews, and collaborate with project manager to meet project goals while adhering to safety standards and budget constraints. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
• Supervise and direct construction crew.
• Enforce OSHA safety regulations and conduct regular safety tailgate meetings to promote a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with project teams on contract administration, change orders, and scope adjustments.
• Maintain accurate records of daily progress, safety incidents, material usage, and inspection reports.

Skills

• Full understanding of gas line work. Poly line experience is expected.
• Proven experience in construction management with strong supervisory skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction site safety enforcement.
• Strong understanding of contract management and project documentation procedures.
• Ability to supervise team effectively while maintaining high standards of quality control.
• Excellent management skills with the ability to lead teams confidently through complex tasks.
• Technical proficiency with hand tools.
