Forman and Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Foreman specializing in masonry, plaster, tile, and general finishing work to lead on-site teams for our projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, committed to safety, quality, and project timelines. A valid UAE driving license is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Execution:
• Directly manage, supervise, and coordinate the activities of a team of masons, plasterers, tilers, and general laborers.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently, to the required specifications, and on schedule.
• Monitor workmanship quality to ensure all finishes (masonry, plaster, tile installation, painting, etc.) meet the highest standards and project specifications.
• Site Management:
• Interpret and implement construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Coordinate with the Site Supervisor/Project Manager and other trades to ensure a smooth workflow and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Ensure all necessary materials, tools, and equipment are available at the worksite.
• Quality & Safety:
• Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies on site.
• Conduct daily tool-box talks and site safety inspections.
• Inspect and approve the quality of installed masonry, plaster, and tile work.
• Reporting:
• Maintain daily work logs, record project progress, and report any delays or issues to the Site Supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Foreman or Senior Tradesman leading teams in masonry, plaster, tile, and general building finishing work.
• In-depth knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment used in various finishing trades.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must possess a valid UAE Driving License.
• Residency/work experience in Dubai/UAE is highly preferred.
