The Construction Foreman is responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities for villa and high-rise projects, ensuring work is executed according to drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project schedules. The role requires strong experience in UAE construction practices and coordination with engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities for villa and high-rise projects
• Execute work as per drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Manage labor and subcontractors, ensure productivity and quality
• Coordinate with engineers, QA/QC, and safety teams
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety standards and authority requirements
• Maintain daily work and manpower reports

Requirements:

• 5+ years UAE experience in villa and high-rise construction
• Knowledge of RCC, block work, plastering, and finishing works
• Ability to read drawings and lead site teams
• Good communication and safety awareness
