About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and coordinate asphalt and concrete projects
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on job sites
- Manage and train crew members to enhance productivity and quality
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
- Inspect work progress and ensure quality control throughout the project
- Prepare daily reports on project status and resource allocation
- Assist in the scheduling and planning of upcoming projects
- Resolve any on-site issues promptly and efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven experience in asphalt and concrete construction
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read blueprints and project specifications
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
