Day-to-day

• Build and analyze data models that support operational decisions.
• Conduct statistical and quantitative analysis across multiple areas of the business.
• Develop predictive and analytical models used in business environments.
• Validate models using appropriate testing and cross-validation techniques.
• Translate analytical insights into clear recommendations for various departments.
• Work with imperfect, real-world manufacturing and business data.
• Manage and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
• Continuously apply creative and innovative thinking to solve evolving problems.

Required Qualifications

• Practical experience using Python for data analysis and problem solving.
• Working knowledge of SQL including basic querying and data manipulation.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to approach problems creatively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of outcomes.
• Adaptable, flexible thinker who is comfortable operating in a fast paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
• Exposure to manufacturing, operations, or business analytics environments.
• Experience analyzing multiple aspects of business (e.g. operations, pricing, financing, or performance metrics).
