Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) - Palantir

We're hiring senior Forward Deployed Engineers to deliver real customer outcomes on Foundry and AIP.

What you'll do:

- Work directly with customer teams to understand their operations and design Foundry solutions

- Build ontologies, pipelines, and AI agents that deliver measurable business impact

- Own customer relationships from kick-off through delivery

- Ship in weeks, not quarters

What we're looking for:

- 3+ years hands-on Palantir Foundry experience

- AIP and ontology design on real customer projects

- Strong technical communication, comfortable in customer-facing roles

- Production-grade engineering discipline (testing, version control, performance, security)

- Self-starter, comfortable in a small senior team
