Job Overview
FT/40hrs. Responsible for providing support services to Intake Coordinator, Certification Coordinator and Case Managers as requested by supervisor. Qualified candidates should possess a related Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 year relevant work experience or equivalent. Starting pay rate of $20.00-$23.00 per hour.
Duties
- Coordinate scheduling of monitors for court ordered visits.
- Monitor and transport court ordered visits.
- Coordinate intern schedules and training.
- Assist in bulk mailings as well as handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Prepare child office and home files for case managers
- Keep foster parent files and certification current
- Prepare paperwork for certification and decertification
- Handle incoming phone calls/return calls as necessary
- General office duties (Filing, photocopying etc.)
- Photocopying of forms
- Assist in organizing special events

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Experience, education or special training in the area of childcare and development, social work or social psychology
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must receive and maintain a criminal record clearance
- Must maintain eligibility to work under federal and/or state mental health funded programs
- Must maintain valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record in accordance with Olive Crest’s auto insurance policy
- Must maintain CPR and First Aid Certification
- Must have a philosophy of support for at-risk children and families in line with the mission, vision, values, and statement of faith of Olive Crest.
