Foster Care Case Manager

Family Preservation Community Services (FPCS) was founded in 1997. FPCS provides a variety of social services and therapies to children, adults, and families. We are located in North Carolina and South Carolina and have a long history of providing quality foster care and therapy in our market.

Family Preservation Community Services seeks a foster home case manager.

Responsibilties include personal caseload duties as noted:

• Provides supervised visits and family therapeutic interventions, as outlined in the treatment plan.
• Implements Permanency Planning, including discharge plans, as assigned by the Treatment Team within established time frames.
• Participates in school and State staffing for children assigned to caseload
• .Rotates on call with other staff
• Company car provided for travel to foster homes.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years experience in social services with working with children. This is a requirement of the state and cannot be waived. Please only apply if you have this type of degree and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
