About Sinder
We’re building a UAE-based travel money product (AED account + card) for people who travel often and care about transparency. Our customers are expats, professionals, and frequent travelers who want a better default for spending abroad.
Why this role will “make your career”
This isn’t an assistant role. It’s a
generalist operator
role with real outcomes.
You’ll be in the CEO office helping drive the company’s biggest priorities: growth, partnerships, go-to-market, launches, research, and execution. You’ll ship every week.
If you like ownership, learning fast, and being close to the decisions - this is it.
What you’ll do
You’ll run a rotating set of high-impact projects, like:
-
Launch & growth:
run experiments that increase waitlist → activation → usage
-
Partnerships:
research and pursue travel/loyalty partnerships (airlines/hotels/OTAs)
-
Customer insight:
interview users, synthesize pain points, turn them into product decisions
-
Ops & execution:
fix messy processes, improve onboarding, remove friction, make things scale
-
Strategy:
build concise 1-pagers that drive decisions (pricing, positioning, priorities)
-
Special projects:
whatever is most important this week (it’ll change often)
What your first 90 days could look like
We’re intentionally being concrete here:
In the first 2 weeks
-
You’ve learned the product, customer, and metrics
-
You’ve shipped your first “small but real” improvement (copy, flow, automation, ops)
By day 30
-
You own a weekly cadence: metrics + priorities + execution tracking
-
You’ve run 1–2 experiments that move a measurable metric (waitlist conversion, engagement, referrals)
By day 60–90
-
You’ve delivered at least one “big” cross-functional initiative end-to-end
-
(e.g., a launch plan + execution, a partnership pipeline + first deal, or a major activation improvement)
You’re a strong fit if…
-
You’ve done 1–6 years in a high-intensity environment: consulting, banking, startups, product, growth, ops, BD
-
You can
think clearly and execute quickly
-
You write well (you can produce a crisp 1-pager, not a 20-slide deck)
-
You’re comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
-
You’re the kind of person who
does the thing
, not just talks about it
Bonus points
-
You travel frequently (or have lived internationally)
-
You’ve built something outside work (project, app, community, newsletter, side hustle)
-
You’re unusually good at turning chaos into simple systems
What we offer
-
Competitive salary + meaningful upside (role-dependent)
-
Direct mentorship from the CEO/founder and front-row seat to building a fintech
-
