Role Overview

Reporting to the Founder/CEO & senior leadership team, you’ll be the “right hand” to the leadership bridging strategy and execution, working across functions (marketing, operations, product, data, partnerships) and driving high impact projects end to end. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership and wants to learn the business from the inside.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Founder(s) to define and drive strategic initiatives: new market entries, product launches, growth partnerships.
  • Lead and manage special projects across functions such as marketing, operations, data & analytics, and partnerships.
  • Conduct research, analysis & competitive benchmarking to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Monitor and track key business metrics/KPIs, prepare dashboards & reports for the leadership.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams: ensure timely execution of tasks, follow-ups from leadership meetings, action-item tracking.
  • Support operational excellence: identify process bottlenecks, propose improvements, implement scalable systems.
  • Assist in communication & stakeholder management: internal alignment, external partners/investors as required.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of relevant experience in a startup, consulting, operations, or strategy role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and project-management skills; comfortable using tools like Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills; ability to present insights clearly.
  • High ownership, proactive, able to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats generalist mindset, not overly specialized.
  • Bonus: Experience with data visualisation tools, startups in EdTech, or working directly with founders.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
