Role Overview
The Founder’s Office Associate is a central role that combines client interaction, operations, and execution. You’ll be working closely with the founders, supporting key functions across projects, coordinating between teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires someone resourceful, adaptable, and ready to step into different shoes whenever needed.
Key Responsibilities

Client Communication – Interact directly with clients to understand their requirements, share timely updates, and maintain professional relationships. You’ll act as a bridge between clients and the internal team, ensuring clarity and smooth collaboration.

Ticket & Task Management – Use our internal task system to create, assign, and monitor tickets. You’ll make sure nothing falls through the cracks and all deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Quality Assurance (Good to Have) – Test websites and mobile apps across different devices and browsers. By spotting errors, bugs, or inconsistencies early, you’ll help us deliver polished, reliable digital solutions.

Meeting Notes & Documentation – Attend client calls and internal meetings, carefully documenting discussions, next steps, and responsibilities. Your notes will serve as a reliable reference point for the team.

Research & Project Briefs – Carry out research for upcoming projects, industries, and tools. Convert your findings into clear, well-structured briefs and internal documents that help the team make informed decisions.

Operational Support – Support overall organizational processes by identifying bottlenecks, assisting colleagues, and making sure cross-team activities run smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for quick problem-solving.

Social Media Management – Assist with posting and scheduling content on company and client social media handles. This includes coordinating with the design/content team to ensure posts are timely, relevant, and consistent.

Sales & Marketing Exposure (Good to Have) – Collaborate in sales and marketing activities when required. From drafting proposals and presentations to assisting in outreach, you’ll get first-hand experience in growth-focused initiatives.
Skills & Requirements

Strong written & verbal communication.

Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and coordinate small teams effectively.

Experience with tools like Google Docs, Excel/Sheets, and Canva.

Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

Prior client-facing exposure is highly desirable.

Basic technical aptitude or willingness to learn (testing, apps/web, etc.).
