BIM Ventures (منجم تطوير الأعمال) is building a new Saudi wealth platform that gives clients a unified, real-time view of their net worth—aggregating across banks, brokers, alternatives, and real assets—then turns that visibility into action to protect and grow wealth.
We’re looking for a builder-CEO to lead product, AUM growth, and regulatory scale from day one.

What you’ll own
• Vision & strategy: Define the product and commercial roadmap to become the region’s trusted wealth operating system for HNW & mass-affluent clients.
• Regulatory path: Lead our CMA/SAMA journey (e.g., partner with an Authorized Person or pursue authorization). Stand up governance, compliance, AML/KYC, suitability, risk, and reporting from day one.
• AUM growth: Convert relationships and design a repeatable motion to secure SAR 100M+ in committed AUM within the first 90 days, then scale via direct, B2B2C, and partnerships.
• Product delivery: Ship a secure, elegant aggregation experience (bank, brokerage, alternatives, real assets) with insights, goals, and actions. Own discovery → MVP → GA → scale.
• Team: Recruit an A-team across Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Partnerships; set a high-tempo, metrics-driven culture.
• Partnerships: Close data, distribution, and product partnerships with banks, brokers/APs, and data providers.
• P&L & fundraising: Own budget, OKRs, and investor relations; raise capital with a crisp story and measurable progress.
You’ll bring
• Deep Saudi market credibility and relationships with HNW/family offices, private banks, and wealth channels.
• Bilingual (Arabic/English) and Riyadh-based (or willing to relocate).
• 10–15+ years across wealth management/investment platforms/fintech, including time inside or closely with a CMA Authorized Person and navigating SAMA/CMA reviews.
• Proven digital product delivery—you’ve taken something from 0→1→scale, not just strategy.
• P&L ownership and top-tier pitching—you win clients, partners, and investors.
• Startup mindset: bias to action, practicality on resources, high standards on security/compliance, comfort with ambiguity.
Nice to have: open-banking integrations in KSA/GCC, enterprise sales to banks, alternatives/real-assets aggregation, prior founder/GM role, or licensed advisory experience.
This role is probably not for you if…
• Your background is pure banking with no shipped product.
• You’ve been a consultant or “innovation/transformation” leader without revenue accountability.
• You need a big team before you can move. We ship with a small, senior crew.
