Responsibilities

• Represent clients in criminal matters from arrest through resolution.
• Provide rapid response and counsel for clients facing charges.
• Work with leadership to design and refine legal processes.
• Manage caseloads responsibly with adequate resources and support.
• Participate in outreach and education to expand visibility.
• Mentor future attorneys as the legal team expands.

Qualifications

• JD from accredited law school, admitted to practice in Oklahoma, other state bar memberships a plus.
• 3+ years of criminal law experience (public defender, prosecutor, or criminal defense attorney).
• Courtroom and trial experience required.
• Must be admitted to practice law in Oklahoma. Admission in additional states is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and client advocacy skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, interest in building a new model.
