About the Opportunity
A boutique aesthetic studio in the Austin / Westlake area is expanding its facial and skin treatment services and is seeking a highly motivated, educated, and growth-oriented licensed esthetician to help build this department from the ground up.

This is not a traditional spa role with an existing facial clientele. Instead, this position is designed for a dedicated esthetician who is excited to be part of a developing aesthetics service line and actively contribute to client growth through treatment excellence, education, content creation, and strong client experience.

Important Transparency
Our facial and aesthetics services are newly launching. At this time, there is not an established facial client base. The selected candidate will play a key role in helping grow this department through high-quality treatments, client education, content creation, and conversion-focused consultations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform customized facials and skin treatments
• Provide in-depth client education on skin health, treatment plans, and product recommendations
• Confidently recommend and sell appropriate skincare products
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Maintain a polished, well-groomed, tidy, and professional appearance at all times
• Support upselling into advanced aesthetic treatments when appropriate
• Participate in structured content creation (treatment videos, reels, educational skincare content) during scheduled work sessions
• Assist in building and growing a clientele from the ground up
• Maintain a clean, professional, and luxury treatment environment

Education & Knowledge Expectations
We are seeking someone who values education, product knowledge, and understanding the “why” behind treatments and skincare. A strong interest in continued learning, treatment science, and professional development is essential.

Sales & Client Experience Expectations
This role includes a strong client education and sales component. The ideal candidate is confident in consultations, comfortable recommending skincare products, and capable of helping guide clients toward appropriate treatment plans while maintaining a professional and ethical approach.

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed Esthetician in Texas (required)
• Strong knowledge of skincare, treatments, and product ingredients
• Sales-minded with confidence in consultations and product recommendations
• Comfortable on camera and open to content creation

• Passionate about aesthetics, education, and long-term career growth

Compensation
Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and is structured to reflect a growth-phase role with increasing earning potential as the clientele and service demand builds.
