About the Role

As one of first hires, you’ll own the stack end-to-end, from frontend UI to AI/ML infrastructure, while working closely with the founding team.

• Key responsibilities

As one of first hires, you’ll own the stack end-to-end, from frontend UI to AI/ML infrastructure, while working closely with the founding team.

• Full-Stack Development: Architect and develop user-facing components using React and TypeScript, and build backend services/APIs in Node.js and Python.
• AI-Powered Features: Integrate and experiment with multi-modal generative AI systems, including data pipelines, model inference workflows, and deploying AI services.
• Product Prototyping: Rapidly build, test, and iterate on new features and prototypes based on user feedback and design needs.
• System Architecture: Help scale our core platform, ensuring performance, security, and reliability as we grow.
• Collaboration: Work directly with the founders on product strategy and technical direction, influencing decisions that shape the product’s future.

What it'll take to land an interview...

100% of Must-Haves need to be met:

• 8+ years of Full Stack development experience
• 2+ years of startup experience in the last 5 years
• Strong across frontend + backend (React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python)
• Experience shipping products, ideally in a startup or high-growth setting
• Ownership mindset, customer-first, clear communicator

70% of Nice-to-Haves need to be met:

• Generative AI or ML experience
• Familiarity with 3D/Three.js
• Experience using AI coding tools
• Interest in architecture, design, or construction tech

Pay: $130,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
