We’re now hiring our Founding Growth Hacker to build our acquisition engine from 0→1 and establish Arbi as the category-defining AI recruiting OS.

The Role

As our Founding Growth Hacker, you will own Neuroscale’s full acquisition and activation motion — experiments, channels, funnels, analytics, paid social, and early PLG loops. You’ll operate as a hybrid of growth marketer, technical hacker, and product strategist, working directly alongside the founders to build a scalable, repeatable, multi-channel growth engine.

You Will Lead The Charge On Crafting Our Narrative, Driving Top-of-funnel Demand, Accelerating Trial-to-paid Conversion, And Building Systems That Compound. You Will Be Foundational In Establishing Neuroscale As The Default AI Recruiting Platform. You Will Have Ownership Over Defining

Acquisition & Experimentation

  • Build and run high-velocity growth experiments across funnels, onboarding, landing pages, and outbound systems
  • Own paid acquisition across LinkedIn, Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Search/Display/Video
  • Design and execute creative/ads that convert — hooks, short-form video, static, messaging, motion
  • Stand up and optimize multi-channel campaigns, retargeting, and PLG loops
  • Manage rapid iteration cycles to validate channels, audiences, and storytelling angles
  • Instrument funnels across trial → activation → conversion and uncover friction points

Technical Growth & Automation

  • Build automations and systems across Attio, UnifyGTM, Dock, Zapier/Make, and custom scripts
  • Create scrapers, enrichment flows, and outbound machines to unlock novel growth channels
  • Stand up microsites, pages, and conversion flows without heavy engineering dependencies
  • Build AI-driven workflows for lead enrichment, routing, and personalization
  • Architect scalable attribution, UTM standards, funnel instrumentation, and experimentation frameworks

Product-Led Growth (PLG)

  • Partner with Product to design activation triggers, viral loops, and onboarding flows that reduce time-to-value
  • Influence product surfaces that drive adoption, retention, and self-serve conversion
  • Analyze usage data to identify high-leverage opportunities across activation, expansion, and retention
  • Build lifecycle automation (email, in-app, sequences) to drive consistent engagement

Brand, Content & Creative

  • Shape our top-of-funnel voice across social, communities, and broader market conversations
  • Create high-impact content: short-form video, ads, landing pages, case studies, templates, and playbooks
  • Develop compelling narratives and product explainers using Dock and other GTM tools
  • Turn customer signals into stories that build credibility and inbound momentum
  • Build a growth-driven content engine across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging channels

Who You Are



  • 2+ years of growth, performance marketing, or technical growth hacking experience
  • Proven ability to run experiments that deliver measurable lift and accelerate acquisition
  • Strong hands-on experience launching paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube, and Google
  • Technical enough to build automations, scripts, scrapes, APIs, and no-code systems
  • Deep understanding of funnel math, attribution, and experimentation frameworks
  • Practitioner-level skill in landing pages, creative, copywriting, and conversion optimization
  • Comfortable operating with <5 person GTM teams and high ambiguity
  • Hungry, resourceful, and motivated by building from zero at a category-defining AI company ‎

  • Nice-to-haves



    • Experience in HR tech, ATS ecosystems, recruiting tech, or B2B SaaS
    • Strong short-form content creation skills
    • Familiarity with Attio, UnifyGTM, Dock, or modern growth/GTM stacks
    • Background in PLG or self-serve SaaS growth motions
    • Experience at early-stage startups (Seed → Series A) ‎

    Compensation



    • $100K–$150K base salary, dependent on experience
    • Performance-based bonuses or variable tied to acquisition milestones
