Job Description

We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth at MoMs Plan. Internally, we consider this one of our most critical and high-impact hires.

This role exists to build and scale our go-to-market engine. You will own the front line of growth — from content creation and social media to customer acquisition and conversion strategy. By driving demand and building a strong brand presence, you will directly impact revenue and market traction.

You will develop and execute marketing strategies, grow our digital presence, and convert engagement into paying customers. This is not a passive execution role — you are expected to think strategically, test aggressively, and deliver measurable results.

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity (as an initial structure) with significant upsides, including exponential growth potential (pending acceptance from multiple accelerated pre-seed investment programs, e.g., Y* Combinator, SkyDeck*, and others) and eligibility for stock options and/or equity participation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

· Own and execute end-to-end social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)

· Create and manage high-performing content, including Reels, short-form video, and static posts

· Drive organic growth through SNS seeding, community engagement, and direct outreach

· Implement geo-targeted marketing strategies to acquire local and high-intent customers

· Develop and optimize SEO-driven content and discoverability strategies

· Plan and execute customer acquisition campaigns to drive conversions and revenue

· Analyze performance metrics (engagement, conversion, CAC) and continuously optimize

· Build and manage a content calendar aligned with product launches and promotions

· Test and iterate on messaging, positioning, and creative strategies

· Identify and collaborate with influencers / micro-creators for brand growth

· Support go-to-market strategy for new product launches

· Engage directly with customers via comments, DMs, and community channels

· Provide weekly reporting on growth, engagement, and revenue impact

· Act as a growth partner to the founders — turning ideas into execution quickly

· Any and all duties as appropriately assigned

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or growth roles with office management skills
• Proven ability to grow social media accounts and engagement
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook content and algorithms
• Strong understanding of SEO and organic growth strategies
• Experience with geo-targeted marketing and local audience growth
• Ability to create engaging content (video + written)
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track and optimize performance
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• High ownership, accountability, and execution speed
• Experience in food, beverage, DTC, or startup environments is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field.
