Software development today is fragmented across dozens of disconnected tools - Jira, Figma, GitHub, Notion, Slack. AI coding tools generate more artifacts, but product development remains fundamentally siloed.

At Omniflow, we’re building something radically different. We believe products should become living intelligences - systems that understand their own vision, evolve continuously, learn from user behavior, and stay aligned across product, design, and engineering.

Instead of static documentation and disconnected workflows, Omniflow creates a shared product intelligence layer where humans and AI collaborate together. We’re building the platform where the next generation of products are born.

We’re an early-stage AI startup based in the Bay Area, backed by experienced operators and working with early design partners and customers.

The Role

We’re looking for our first Growth & Product Marketing hire - someone who can help define how the market understands Omniflow and help us build a repeatable user growth engine. This is not a traditional marketing role. You’ll work directly with the founders on:

  • positioning and messaging
  • onboarding and activation
  • content and storytelling
  • product launches
  • community and organic growth
  • user research and feedback loops
  • early go-to-market strategy

You’ll help shape both the product narrative and the company itself. This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of product, growth, design, and AI.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and refine Omniflow’s positioning and messaging
  • Turn complex AI/product concepts into clear and compelling stories
  • Improve onboarding and activation flows
  • Create launch content, demos, product narratives, and thought leadership
  • Work closely with product/design/engineering to identify growth opportunities
  • Talk directly with users and synthesize insights into product and GTM strategy
  • Build organic growth loops through content, community, and product-led growth
  • Help define the category for AI-native product development

What We’re Looking For

We care more about product intuition, communication, and execution than specific titles. You may be a fit if you:

  • Have experience at an early-stage startup or high-growth SaaS company
  • Are an exceptional writer and communicator
  • Have strong product sense and user empathy
  • Understand modern PLG (product-led growth) and AI-native products
  • Can operate autonomously in fast-moving environments
  • Enjoy ambiguity and building from zero
  • Are excited about the future of AI-assisted product creation

Bonus points if you have experience in:

  • AI products or developer tools
  • Product marketing at early-stage startups
  • Community-led or organic growth
  • Product management or UX collaboration
  • Technical storytelling or creator-style content

We’re open to:

  • full-time (California-based candidates)
  • contractor arrangements
  • fractional/founding operator structures

depending on experience and fit.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
