The Role
We’re looking for our first Growth & Product Marketing hire - someone who can help define how the market understands Omniflow and help us build a repeatable user growth engine. This is not a traditional marketing role. You’ll work directly with the founders on:
- positioning and messaging
- onboarding and activation
- content and storytelling
- product launches
- community and organic growth
- user research and feedback loops
- early go-to-market strategy
You’ll help shape both the product narrative and the company itself. This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of product, growth, design, and AI.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and refine Omniflow’s positioning and messaging
- Turn complex AI/product concepts into clear and compelling stories
- Improve onboarding and activation flows
- Create launch content, demos, product narratives, and thought leadership
- Work closely with product/design/engineering to identify growth opportunities
- Talk directly with users and synthesize insights into product and GTM strategy
- Build organic growth loops through content, community, and product-led growth
- Help define the category for AI-native product development
What We’re Looking For

- Have experience at an early-stage startup or high-growth SaaS company
- Are an exceptional writer and communicator
- Have strong product sense and user empathy
- Understand modern PLG (product-led growth) and AI-native products
- Can operate autonomously in fast-moving environments
- Enjoy ambiguity and building from zero
- Are excited about the future of AI-assisted product creation
Bonus points if you have experience in:
- AI products or developer tools
- Product marketing at early-stage startups
- Community-led or organic growth
- Product management or UX collaboration
- Technical storytelling or creator-style content

depending on experience and fit.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
