Founding Partner & Lead Veterinarian

Charlotte, United States

Overview:

At Livewell, every hospital is built in partnership with Mission Pet Health and a Founding Veterinarian Partner, giving you the rare opportunity to shape, launch, and lead a fully funded practice that reflects your vision and your community’s needs. Our hospitals are not cookie-cutter templates—they are designed around your medical passions, with a concierge-level commitment to individualized, high-quality care. You’ll be fully supported in building your team and practice while maintaining the autonomy to lead medicine your way.

Livewell Animal Urgent Care of South End is a prime example of how carefully we select each site to set you up for long-term success. Located on the ground floor of The Kingston South End, a luxury mixed-use development on Kingston Avenue, the hospital benefits from unmatched visibility from a built-in client base of residents and easy access to The Rail Trail.

You will take part in shaping a modern hospital designed with Fear Free® principles at its core, equipped for comprehensive care—including advanced surgery and dentistry—so you’ll never be limited in the medicine you can provide. You’ll also have the support of a trained marketing team dedicated to helping you grow the services you’re most passionate about, ensuring the community knows the depth of care available.

The surrounding community is affluent, educated, and deeply values personalized care and a high-end experience for their pets, making it the perfect place for you to establish your medical standards, culture, and growth trajectory of a thriving practice. As our Founding DVM Partner in Charlotte's rapidly developing South End, you’ll have the opportunity to build not just a hospital, but a legacy of care in this growing, trendy urban hub.

If you are an experienced veterinarian with an appetite for professional and/or financial growth, have strong leadership & interpersonal skills, and are passionate about high-quality care and client experience - this is the perfect opportunity for you!
