TRUE Medical Evaluators is launching a new medical legal management organization focused exclusively on Qualified Medical Evaluations within the California Workers Compensation system.

We are currently seeking our first founding physician to partner with us in building a modern, fully supported QME practice. This is a unique ground floor opportunity for a California licensed physician who wants to increase income, reduce administrative burden, and participate in building a scalable evaluation platform.

Ideal Candidate

• Active California physician license
• QME certified or willing to obtain QME certification
• Interested in medical legal evaluations
• Professional, detail oriented, and deadline driven
• Motivated to build long term evaluation income

Income Potential

QME work offers significantly higher per case revenue than traditional clinical visits. Physicians performing consistent monthly evaluations can generate substantial additional income with structured scheduling and administrative support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
