Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the full design lifecycle across all customer-facing experiences
• Define and evolve Listen’s design system and visual language
• Rapidly prototype ideas using Figma and AI tools
• Partner closely with Product & Engineering to influence direction
• Translate complex workflows into simple, elegant interfaces
• Own every detail of the user experience, from interaction to typography

Job Requirements:

• 5–10 years in product design with at least one founding, lead, or head-of-design role
• Proven 0→1 experience: shipped net-new products, not just maintenance
• Experience at early-stage (Seed–Series C) B2B SaaS startups
• World-class visual and interaction design skills
• Expert in Figma (systems + prototyping), comfort with AI tooling
• Obsessed with detail: typography, layout, motion
• Strong product sense and ability to weigh trade-offs
• Experience collaborating with engineers
• Ability to work 3–5 days/week in SF or NY office

Pay: $265,000.00 - $320,000.00 per year
