• Experienced mobile product builder with deep expertise in React Native
• Strong focus on performance and a keen eye for how products feel
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality consumer apps
• Skilled at solving complex native performance challenges
• Comfortable working across the stack when needed
• Proactive and opinionated, with a strong sense of ownership
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-trust environment, taking problems end-to-end

• A proven track record of shipping high-performance, consumer-grade mobile apps
• Expert-level React Native experience, with a deep understanding of performance bottlenecks and optimizations
• Familiarity with native iOS/Android internals - you know when to drop to native and how to do it cleanly
• A product mindset - you care deeply about polish, UX, and the little things that make apps feel magical
• Comfortable operating with autonomy and urgency in an early-stage, on-site startup environment

70% of Nice-to-Haves need to be met

• Experience with animation libraries (e.g. Reanimated, Lottie, Rive)
• Familiarity with backend systems or APIs (Node, Python, or similar)
• Background in gamified, behavior-change, health, or AI-powered consumer apps
