$220K–$350K TC | $130K-$170K base + $25K-$50K cash bonus annually

Founding Recruiter
to own recruiting end to end and help build a world-class team.
What You’ll Do

Own full-cycle recruiting across Content, GTM, Sales, Marketing, and Operations

Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role scope and hiring bar

Proactively source high-quality candidates through outbound, referrals, LinkedIn, and creative channels

Run first-round screens focused on culture, drive, and early-stage fit

Design and iterate on hiring processes including interviews, take-homes, and in-person trials

Maintain a tight, organized hiring pipeline with clear ownership and follow-through

Act as a steward of Virio’s culture throughout the hiring process

Build recruiting playbooks, scorecards, and systems that scale

Move fast while maintaining a high bar for candidate quality and experience
