Founding Recruiter / Client Acquisition Partner

At ELBN SYS HR Consulting, we are not building a traditional recruitment agency.


We are building a Founder-First Hiring Partner for AI, SaaS, Product, and Engineering-led startups across the GCC.


We work directly with founders to solve one of the biggest growth bottlenecks:

After building hiring functions at companies like Walmart Labs, Atlassian, and Disney+ Hotstar, we started ELBN SYS HR Consulting to rethink how startup hiring should actually work.


Now, we’re looking for someone who can help us scale the next phase of growth.

About the Role


This is not a typical recruiter role.


We are looking for someone who can:

  • Build client relationships
  • Bring hiring mandates
  • Own founder conversations
  • Help close strategic roles
  • Operate like a business partner - not just a recruiter


You will work closely with founders, startup leaders, and decision-makers across the GCC ecosystem.


This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Understands startup hiring
  • Knows how to build trust with founders
  • Has strong BD + recruitment instincts
  • Wants to grow with a founder-led company from an early stage
What You’ll Do
Client Acquisition & Founder Partnerships
  • Build relationships with startups, AI companies, SaaS firms, and scaling businesses across GCC
  • Drive outreach through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and founder ecosystems
  • Convert conversations into active hiring mandates
  • Position ELBN SYS HR as a strategic hiring partner rather than a traditional agency
Recruitment & Delivery
  • Work on critical hiring mandates across:
  • AI/ML
  • Engineering
  • Product
  • GTM
  • Leadership hiring
  • Coordinate end-to-end hiring processes
  • Ensure strong candidate experience and stakeholder alignment
  • Drive fast closures without compromising quality
Strategic Hiring Support
  • Help founders define hiring priorities
  • Improve hiring structure and interview processes
  • Create high-signal hiring strategies
  • Operate as an embedded hiring partner
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in tech recruitment, staffing, BD, or founder-led hiring environments
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of startup hiring dynamics
  • Ability to independently drive conversations and closures
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership mentality
  • GCC market exposure is a strong advantage
  • Existing founder/startup network is a plus
