Founding Sales Partner – HR Services

India

Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon (covering Gurgaon & Delhi NCR market)
Work Mode: On-site / client-facing (frequent in-person meetings required)

We are a fast-growing HR Consulting firm based in Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon, providing end-to-end HR solutions to SMEs and growth companies. Our services include Payroll, Statutory Compliance (PF/ESIC, Shops & Establishments, PoSH, audits), HR Policies/Handbooks, HRMS setup, and Outsourced CHRO services. The company is poised to cross ₹1.5 crore in annual revenue for FY 2025–26, with a clear roadmap to 5X growth over the next three years. We work with customers based in India, US, Germany and Australia.

We are now looking for our Founding Sales Partner – HR Services to help drive this expansion in the Gurgaon & Delhi NCR market.

This is not a routine sales job, it’s a founding role where you will be the growth engine of the firm. As the Founding Sales Partner, you will:

  • Own the entire sales cycle from generating leads to closing deals and managing client relationships.
  • Act as a consultant to SME founders, leveraging your deep knowledge of HR services and statutory compliances.
  • Represent the firm at client meetings, networking forums (like BNI), and internal reviews in Gurgaon/Delhi NCR.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to shape sales strategy, client engagement models, and future growth initiatives.
  • Participate in profit sharing after completing one year, ensuring long-term wealth creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and client acquisition across Gurgaon & Delhi NCR.
  • Conduct diagnostic HR audits and convert prospects into retainer clients.
  • Pitch and sell Outsourced CHRO services such as Payroll, Compliance, PoSH, Performance Management, and HRMS setup.
  • Deliver on sales metrics: 3–4 client meetings per week, 2 proposals per week, 3 closures per month.
  • Foster long-term client relationships with renewals and upsells.

Desired Candidate ProfileHARYA

  • Experience: 3–6 years in sales or client servicing in HR consulting, staffing, payroll SaaS, or related domains.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliances, payroll, HR services.
  • Proven track record in consultative B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
  • Based in Gurgaon, with flexibility for in-person client visits and internal meetings.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — someone who thrives on building from the ground up.
