This company has already revolutionized operations in a major industry vertical with AI agents that automate complex workflows. Now they're bringing that same transformative approach to healthcare—streamlining scheduling, intake, and patient communication so providers can focus on care, not paperwork.

As a founding engineer on this team, you'll build autonomous systems that actually ship. You'll own features end-to-end, work directly with customers, and see your code make a real impact on how people access healthcare. No playbooks. No micromanagement. Just you, a small team of top engineers, and the mandate to move fast and build something massive.

You are qualified if you bring an exceptional educational background paired with a startup mindset - with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and pragmatism in building and shipping software. You should be proficient in Python (Java, C#, Go are useful as well) and have an understanding of microservices and event-driven systems. Experience with a successfully scaled, AI forward business would particularly stand out.

Compensation: $240,000–$300,000 + equity + comprehensive benefits package
