THE JOB:

As a Fountain Worker at Patisserie in ARIA, you’ll be the welcoming face behind one of the resort’s most charming and indulgent stops, known for its handcrafted pastries, gelato, and specialty beverages. With your warm smile and attentive service, you’ll connect with guests, anticipate their needs, and take ownership of their experience—creating delightful WOW moments and sweet memories they’ll carry with them long after their stay.

THE STARTING RATE: $16.7106 Hourly + Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Take and place order, and serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable

• Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures

• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests

• Pack and complete order as per guests' preference with any necessary condiments

• Properly label and date products per safety and sanitation procedures

• Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment

• Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders to designated storage maintaining organization, stock and replenish products as needed in workstation, counters, tables, etc.

• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• 1 year of experience as a food handler in a similar, high-volume, fast paced restaurant preferred
