FP&A Analyst

You’ll work closely with our CFO and finance leadership teams to deliver best-in-class financial insights, analysis, and recommendations. This role offers autonomy and the ability to manage multiple client relationships, all while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Conduct financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting for multiple small to medium-sized businesses. Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and management reports that provide actionable insights. Perform cash flow forecasting to ensure accurate liquidity management and capital allocation. Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and performance improvement areas. Collaborate with client management teams to develop strategic financial plans aligned with business goals. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Provide operational analysis and recommendations that drive efficiency, profitability, and growth. Support client CFOs in preparing for financial discussions and decision-making sessions with data-backed analysis. Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus). 3–7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), management accounting, or business finance. Proficiency with QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, and other ERP/accounting systems. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with dashboarding and visualization tools a plus. Strong understanding of cash flow management, forecasting, and budgeting principles. Proven ability to conduct operational analysis and provide clear, data-driven recommendations. Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
