FP&A Analyst

Title: Finance - Senior FP&A Analyst
Location: Trevose, PA
Duration: 7+ Month Contract

Requirements / Who we are looking for:

• Advanced Degree in Business, Finance/Accounting or Economics
• Experience in finance business processes
• Business process analysis and documentation
• Working knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) preferred.
• MS Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) or similar software.

Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing:

• Analyzes and evaluates procedures and workflow of Company’s monthly reconciliation submissions for balance sheet accounts and internal deposit accounts and documents understanding of flow of transactions.
• Identifies general ledger data sources, journal entries and processing and document process specifications. Identifies potential reconciliation enhancements or reconciliation system implementations.
• Coordinates with business units to develop and implement plan for process enhancement solutions utilizing tools and/or system automation. Studies methods of improving work measurements or performance standards.
• Performs monthly balance sheet variance analysis for the Company to identify unusual fluctuations and propose and process retro entries for proper classifications if necessary.
• Work closely with the operational team supporting content management and collaborate with content subject matter experts and end users to optimize processes and content and workflows

Pay: $37.00 - $38.00 per hour

Education:

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• finance business processes: 2 years (Preferred)
• SQL: 2 years (Preferred)
• FP&A : 2 years (Preferred)
