FP&A Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical FP&A Manager to join our Doha team. This role is central to driving financial insight, supporting strategic planning, and enabling leadership to make informed business decisions through accurate forecasting and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support business strategy
• Analyze financial performance, trends, and key business drivers
• Prepare monthly management reports and detailed variance analysis
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Support scenario planning and investment decision analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial efficiency and performance
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards and performance tracking tools
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all financial reporting systems

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Professional certification (CFA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting standards
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights
