We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy across multiple business units including Hospitality, Real Estate, and Restaurants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Develop financial models and performance forecasts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Analyze variances and provide actionable insights
- Support strategic decisions, investments, and business cases
- Evaluate M&A opportunities and financial impact
- Improve FP&A processes and ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- MBA or CFA – Mandatory
- 7–10 years of FP&A experience
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial role within the GCC
- Experience in Hospitality, Real Estate, or Restaurant industry – Required
- Corporate-level hospitality experience (owner/operator level) – Required
Skills:
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling
- Strong experience with ERP systems
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
