We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy across multiple business units including Hospitality, Real Estate, and Restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Develop financial models and performance forecasts
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Analyze variances and provide actionable insights
  • Support strategic decisions, investments, and business cases
  • Evaluate M&A opportunities and financial impact
  • Improve FP&A processes and ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • MBA or CFA – Mandatory
  • 7–10 years of FP&A experience
  • Minimum 3 years in a managerial role within the GCC
  • Experience in Hospitality, Real Estate, or Restaurant industry – Required
  • Corporate-level hospitality experience (owner/operator level) – Required

Skills:

  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling
  • Strong experience with ERP systems
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
